2.1 Age Restriction. ar999g is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ar999g reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, ar999g will suspend the account and may withhold funds pending further review.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. ar999g targets and services players primarily located in Pakistan. It is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. ar999g does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the services are appropriate or lawful in all locations.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one account on ar999g. Multiple accounts created by the same person — identified by name, national identity details, payment method, IP address, device identifier, or residential address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ar999g may close all associated accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances, and restrict future registrations.
2.4 Accurate Information. All registration information provided to ar999g must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false details, including a false name, date of birth, or payment information, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). ar999g may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC requirements are satisfied.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999g username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ar999g will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Account Suspension. ar999g reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, ar999g will provide notice where legally permissible to do so.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ar999g may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Members will be notified before any such deductions are made.
3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your ar999g account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ar999g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ar999g does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the ar999g cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and membership tier. ar999g reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice to members.
4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your ar999g PKR wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in the ar999g cashier section. ar999g reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the ar999g account.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited and not used for genuine betting or gaming activity may be subject to review before withdrawal. ar999g reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion that deposits were not intended for genuine play.
Important: ar999g does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Always check with your bank or mobile wallet provider before initiating a transfer.
5.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on ar999g are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market or game type.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. ar999g reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event affected by integrity concerns, where odds were published in error, or where the bet exceeds applicable limits.
5.3 Settlement of Bets. Cricket and other sports bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic Pakistan cricket, ICC for international events). In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time of settlement unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the display of odds or game outcomes, ar999g reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions. No payouts will be made on bets resulting from manifest pricing errors. ar999g will use reasonable efforts to notify affected members promptly.
5.5 Responsible Limits. Members may set self-imposed betting limits on their accounts via the Responsible Gaming tools available in the account settings. ar999g encourages all members to use these tools to manage their activity responsibly.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers published on ar999g are available to eligible members only. ar999g reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are open to verified members aged 21 and above with at least one qualifying deposit on record.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a member's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple and qualifying games will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ar999g employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotion abuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk artificially, wagering exclusively on low-margin markets to meet rollover requirements, and coordinating with other members to exploit promotional terms. ar999g reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and close accounts, where abuse is confirmed.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus credits and free bets not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. ar999g is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original offer.
6.5 Changes to Promotions. ar999g reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by members in good faith prior to the change being published.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ar999g. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

8.1 Commitment. ar999g is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership base in Pakistan. We believe that betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.
8.2 Age Restriction. ar999g is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. We take underage gambling seriously and apply rigorous age verification procedures to all new and existing members.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Any member who believes their gambling may be causing harm can request a self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to indefinite and cannot be reversed once applied. During a self-exclusion period, the member will not receive any promotional communications from ar999g.
8.4 Deposit and Spend Limits. Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ar999g account. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the ar999g platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game software, interface designs, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ar999g or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
9.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ar999g platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any ar999g content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the ar999g platform or its underlying software. Any unauthorised use of ar999g intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 Service Availability. ar999g makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. ar999g will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of platform downtime.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar999g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded at law, ar999g's maximum total liability to any member in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to ar999g in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 No Warranties. ar999g provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
ar999g collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on ar999g, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ar999g will not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ar999g is licensed and regulated.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a member and ar999g, the member should first contact our support team via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. ar999g will use reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by ar999g's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided on request.
13.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
